Since 2006, we have been dedicated to the independent research, development, and manufacturing of core components for timing systems. Our factory is located in Yuhuan, Zhejiang, and our main products include camshaft variable timing gears and camshaft chain tensioners. We are committed to providing high-performance key components for power systems worldwide.
II. Reliable quality, supported by actual testing
We have obtained certification under the IATF16949 system and implement rigorous testing throughout the entire process, from raw material selection to production. In response to the inspection requirements of major clients, we have collaboratively developed a finished product simulation test bench and conducted uninterrupted real-world testing for 300 hours. In another instance, we supported a 12-month full-time verification of vehicle installation under various road conditions, including the harsh climate and complex roadways in Xinjiang region, to validate the reliability and durability of the product in real-world usage environments through extreme testing.
III. Resource integration and collaboration capability
We continuously optimize our supply chain system, rigorously screen material suppliers, and achieve full-chain independent control. While ensuring delivery efficiency, we can flexibly respond to customized demands, forming an integrated collaborative service capability from research and development, production to delivery. We have been invited by a large domestic drone project enterprise to participate in its research and development and undertake the production task of large drone engine-related components.
